RESERVATIONS: Please visit us at www.budgettravelqueen.com, call Budget Travel Queen at (352) 575-0250, or contact us via email at info@budgettravelqueen.com.
IDENTIFICATION: Clients are required to make reservations in the full name listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.
REFUNDS: All payments to Budget Travel Queen are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Budget Travel Queen has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refund.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and must check with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Any information provided on the travel description pertains to U.S Citizens. Non-U.S Citizens should check with the respective consultate of the country to be visited for current entry requirements.
TRAVEL PROTECTION: We highly recommend Travel protection. Travel protection provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more. If you purchased Travel Protection, refunds will be processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment.
PRICES: Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate, prices and availability will change accordingly.
AIRLINES: Budget Travel Queen is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airlines. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice.
TRAVELER INFORMATION: Pursuant to TSA Secure Flight requirements, passengers are required to provide Budget Travel Queen with their name as it appears on government-issued identification when traveling, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, and email for all passengers. Passengers must ensure that names are correct when booking. Budget Travel Queen will not be responsible for passengers who do not receive documents or are denied boarding due to inaccurate information.
RESORT FEES: Budget Travel Queen always informs Clients when Resort Fees are applicable. These are additional charges and are paid directly to the hotel.
LUGGAGE: Budget Travel Queen is not responsible for checked bag fees, excess luggage, or weight charges levied by an airline.
CANCELLATION: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Please email your cancellation request to info@budgettravelqueen.com with your booking number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please call (352) 575-0250 to confirm your information was received.
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: Budget Travel Queen, employees, and affiliates does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip. Budget Travel Queen is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any entity or third party.
